Academy of Learning Ltd.(AOL), a skill development center established in 2014 is a private initiative in line with the Global Model as per Bangladesh Government's efforts to face the challenge in providing systematic training and professionalism to involve the youth force into the main financial stream of activities. AOL's vision is to contribute in transforming Bangladesh from a developing country to a developed one through its high performance standard by providing innovative, effective and integrated training to the professionals and large group of young generation of the country for building required human capital . As an organization already involved in various educational activities and a new innovation, AoL is integrating educational counseling in its business to help students who want to make their study destination to Australia, Canada, U.K., Europe, and United States of America. AoL is affiliated with Education without Borders (EWB) of United Kingdom and the Professional Consortium of Sri Lanka. AOL also has partnership agreements with Bangkok School of Management(BSM),European Global School(EGS)Paris, and British Council as IELTS Registration Centre AOL has signed a collaboration agreement with the International Labour Organization (ILO), Geneva in 2015
